The Edit Roster Tasks screen allows the user to:
Select the week in which to operate
View, edit and create Roster Tasks
View who is assigned to task, and whether they are available for the shift by hovering over a task
Edit all task details by double clicking the task
Email out the roster to relevant users with the click of a button
Work on the schedule in draft mode, hidden from users
Make the schedule visible to users, using the Publish button
Cancel an existing Published task, automatically notifying any assigned users of the change
